Ah - 17 deg and higher temperatures expected in the 20's for the rest of the week. Sunshine and warmth. It's still cold, but not like the last few weeks.
It's funny - I remember a few years back when Phil and I were in Europe during their heat wave. In London the news was constantly going on about the heat at 34 deg and how people should prepare for going outside in the heat. We were loving it and saying "what's the problem" - now things are reversed. We are complaining of temperatures as low as 10 deg in the day time, which is summer to a pom!
