Bathurst 1000

Well I think I am every husbands dream wife.. I bought tickets to the Bathurst 1000 http://www.v8supercar.com.au/content/bathurst1000/ race in October. I'm actually looking forward to it. We have tickets for the Saturday and Sunday - I just hope we can find us a good spot to view the race. It will be great to experience the atmosphere anyway.

Sleepover

Charlotte had a sleepover at her favourite aunties place (that's me of course) the other week. We had heaps of fun. It was a very hot day, so we walked down to the river and had a swim. Charlotte was learning how to float on her back.

We decided it was too hot to be out in the sun, so we went up to Big W and purchased a blow up pool. We set it up on the back deck in the shade and had heaps of fun splashing in the cool water. Charlotte was in charge of filling up the pool (which took ages).

I was a very tired aunty at the end of the weekend.
